========================================================== Title :Aquaworld Version :2 Release Date :22/6-2000 Filename :Aqua.BSP Filesize(zipped):225KB Author :Jonas Waever (a.k.a. Yale) Email Address :snoebelbloep@hotmail.dk Webpage :www.geocities.com/snoebelbloep/Yalemaps.html ========================================================== ---Play Information--- Game :Half-Life Game type :Deathmatch Players :2-4 (2 recommended (7 starts defined)) Known Bugs :None (well the water is silent but so what?) ---Construction--- Editor Used :Worldcraft 2.0 Compile Machine :Compac Presario AuthenticAMD AMD-K6 3d processor 64 MB RAM Compile time :15,05 minutes Compile tool :Q2BeaVer Base :Scratch Construction Time :Four days ---Description--- A small Half-life DM map. The level is set in a giant aquarium, featuring a pump and a "plastic" castle with three levels and a tower. ---Notes--- This is the second version of my first completed level which was almost identical, exept it had a few bugs which I discovered some weeks after its release (DOH). In the pump (the strange box with the "PUMP" sign on it), there is a panel. If you press that panel, the water will disappear, making it easier to reach the gauss gun and especially the gluon gun. The water can be activated again four minutes later. All the weapons are there, with the exeption of the RPG and the hivehand/hornetgun. E-mail me with any comments on the level, whatever you've got in mind. Any feedback is much appreciated. ---Special thanks--- Thanks to my mom for letting me use her computer (instead of my own ancient pile of rust). My good friend Ole for giving me the idea for the map, and my other friend Anders for giving me the adresses of all the good Half-Life sites. Planet half-life for entertaining me and sorting out all the information. HL-Construction for all those very useful tutorials. To Hornetking UK for making the template for this readme file. (may they give me a good review). To Leon Hartwig for the Phineas bot. To the Team behind Q2BeaVer. And (of COURSE) to Valve software, for the best game of all times (yet). ================================================================ Copyright and Permissions This level may be distributed via any medium (ie: Internet, BBS, CD-ROM, compilation disk) as long as it maintains the name aqua.bsp and is supplied in a zip file called Aquaworld.zip that also contains this readme file and no other files.
