Difficulty Settings : No Platform(s) used : P200mmx 32MB mem and AMD K6 300 64MB mem Known bugs : One or two spots where you can see a few areas through the sky, but you probably won't notice them unless you are really looking (I hope...:)) Also, I had some trouble with the lighting on the middle building towards the top. It's a little to bright but doesn't seem to have an effect on gameplay due to location. New sounds/textures/entities : NO Editor Used :WorldCraft Compile Programs :Expert WC compile with QSCG, QBSP, VIS, QRAD2 How long to build it :Basic Layout 5 days, After DOE 5 months :) I have changed quite a bit of stuff since sending it to DOE. And we have had a hard time getting enough people together to test it for large games with all the mess thats been going on. It's been fun though and it looks alot better and plays alot better now. Thanks again guys (DOE). How long to compile it :40 minutes on the P200 32 mb (not to bad) ============================================================================================ =========================================================================================== --LOADING INFORMATION-- Download, unzip, and put the .BSP file in your c:\sierra\half-life\valve\maps directory (your drive letter may be different). Its that easy...Done --Additional Notes-- This is the 5th map I made for HL. There are some prefabs in this one for all you prefab fans out there. The rolling chair, spot lights, all the boxes, and the sand bags. If you like this map you may want to try out HAMMERED GUNPOWDER. It is a smaller version of HAMMERED for LAN games of 2-8 players. HAMMERED GUNPOWDER only has gunpowder weapons. You can score a copy of HAMMERED GUNPOWDER (final version-300kb zip) at... http://members.xoom.com/The_Page/hl/hgunpwdr.zip WARNING: I know this sucks, but if you will be running this map (hammered.bsp) on slower PCs (P200 or lower) or non 3D accelerated PCs you may want/need to turn the decals down or even off. I would also recommend that you avoid anything more than 8 player games. In the future I will try to make maps a little smoother running for slower PCs. ============================================================================================ --LEGAL-- This Half-Life map/level (Hammered-hammered.bsp) is (c) 1999 Stephen Smart.
